One Day

Netflix’s original drama “One Day” stirred up quite the frenzy upon its highly-anticipated release earlier this year. Based on David Nicholls’ 2009 novel of the same name and standing as the second adaptation of the story, following the 2011 film starring Anne Hathaway. It chronicles the 20-year relationship between Emma Morley and Dexter Mayhew, who first meet at their graduation ball from the University of Edinburgh.

The production visited the borough to film inside of popular local restaurant, Bella Roma, to film scenes inside which also needed facilitation from the outside with lighting, tech parking and consulting with the local residents and businesses.
